Technology Consultant

Summary

Join Accenture's Industry X, Infrastructure & Capital Projects team and help reinvent capital project delivery. You'll leverage digital technologies and expertise to improve project performance and outcomes for clients across various industries. This role involves leading technology consulting and systems integration projects, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and working with engagement teams to build strategies and processes. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with extensive experience in digital technologies and capital projects management. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or 6+ years professional work experience in a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years experience working with digital technologies and systems used for Infrastructure and Capital Projects, such as Building Information Management (BIM), Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), Reality Capture, and others
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in capital projects management, asset management, construction execution, project management, and/or project controls
• Fluency in English and Spanish languages

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technology consulting and systems integration projects
• Support project teams as a subject matter expert as needed in a matrix organization
• Work with the Digital team in our Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice, supporting digital transformation for capital projects and engineering across industries
• Work on project delivery across public service, utilities, transportation and more to help our clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital moves into the core of industry where virtual and physical converge
• Help our clients transform their core operations and enable them to pivot to new products & services, experiences, and business & operating models
• Focus on digital reinvention of value chains across the capital projects delivery lifecycle for multiple industries
• Support the strategies for growth and value creation within Industry X
• Gain experience with Accenture’s ecosystem partners
• Work within engagement teams to build the strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensure those results will be sustained
• Gain knowledge in Accenture Delivery Methods to support consistent project delivery based on industry leading practice
• Break down processes into logical components and construct clear reasoning and analyses

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience
• Industry certifications such as CCM, CCE, PSP, EVM, PE, PMP, AIA, QS, CM-BIM, etc
• Excellent communication, mathematical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Teams/SharePoint, Projects, PowerPoint, Word
