Summary
Join one of the world's largest privately-owned real estate technology companies as a Telephony Administrator. You will be part of the Sales Ops team, ensuring the Sales team has optimal telephony processes. Responsibilities include managing phone numbers, setting up call queues and IVR flows, defining availability schedules, and managing user access. You will work with various stakeholders, including the Helpdesk, Sales, Sales Ops, and CRM teams. The ideal candidate has experience in telephony administration within a sales-centric business, strong English proficiency (French or German is a plus), and an IT profile to understand and translate processes into telephony setups. Requirements
- A previous experience in Telephony Administration or Telephony management in a Sales centric business
- A strong enough proficiency in English (French and/or German is a real plus)
- An IT profile capable to understand processes and issues and translate them into telephony setup
- A good understanding of business strategy and end-to-end process
Responsibilities
- Manage phone numbers by assigning and updating them (phone or desk)
- Set up and maintain call queues, IVR flows and routing logic
- Define availability schedules and voicemail handling
- Set up voice path and deterrent message (i.e scenarios and campaigns)
- User management (i.e. roles and rights)
- Set up sound files for CTI
- Wrap-up codes management
