Summary

The job is for a Workday Test Coordinator at VirtualResource (VR) consultancy, based in the APAC region. The role involves collaborating with the client’s Global Test Lead to craft and implement a robust testing strategy for a global Workday Payroll implementation programme.

Requirements

• Must have experience testing Workday Payroll
• Experience with integrations from Workday to Payroll systems will be considered a significant advantage
• Must have experience as Test Lead / Coordinator in at least two Workday programs
• Strong experience in planning and managing the activities of a test plan
• Strong Workday understanding especially BPs, Datasets, calc fields, integration types, etc
• Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll and Finance
• Familiarity with different test implementation phases, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing
• Knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and technologies, with a specific emphasis on integrations from Workday
• Experience with various test tools

Responsibilities

• Collaborate alongside the client’s Global Test Lead to craft and implement a robust testing strategy that ensures the program's seamless functionality
• Coordinate with VR's technical team to guarantee the smooth operation of all testing procedures
• Plan, execute, and report across various implementation phases

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in deployments for Payroll including WD payroll or other payroll systems
