Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management
- Proficiency in tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)

Responsibilities
- Monitor tracking systems to ensure visibility of products throughout the supply chain
- Process and validate tracking data for accuracy and completeness
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in tracking information
- Generate and analyze tracking reports for management and stakeholders
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure seamless product tracking
- Update tracking systems with real-time information
- Maintain detailed documentation of all tracking activities
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in tracking procedures
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding product location and status
