Summary

Join our team as a Track & Trace Operator and play a vital role in monitoring and managing the tracking and tracing of products throughout the supply chain. Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management
• Proficiency in tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)

Responsibilities

• Monitor tracking systems to ensure visibility of products throughout the supply chain
• Process and validate tracking data for accuracy and completeness
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in tracking information
• Generate and analyze tracking reports for management and stakeholders
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure seamless product tracking
• Update tracking systems with real-time information
• Maintain detailed documentation of all tracking activities
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in tracking procedures
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding product location and status
