Summary
Join Inizio Medical's Apothecom team as a Traffic Manager and ensure seamless project delivery for major pharmaceutical clients. You will be a key contact for creative and production support, liaising with various teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities include resource management, task assignment, workload monitoring, and issue resolution. You will also contribute to agency marketing and process improvement. The role requires extensive knowledge of design studios and digital/print operations, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Requirements
- Be based in the US
- Possess extensive knowledge and understanding of design studios, digital media, and print operations
- Be experienced in all aspects of creative and production deliverables
- Understand copyright and image rights management
- Support an environment conducive to creativity
- Be able to support the team by making key decisions to meet project deliverables
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be a methodical problem-solver able to think clearly and calmly under pressure on multiple, complex projects
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for creative resources within the creative team
- Triage briefs, assign tasks, and monitor the status of outstanding tasks, ensuring the right work is assigned to the right people
- Analyze workload and conduct daily meetings to review assigned tasks, identify roadblocks, and collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions
- Manage communication with account teams, troubleshooting issues and keeping project leads informed
- Manage external resources, including freelancers and outsourcing companies, and make appropriate outsourcing recommendations
- Track all external resource expenditures and report to the Operations Director
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand forecasted pipelines and ensure effective resource allocation
- Build strong relationships with account teams, fostering enthusiasm for the agency's work and client objective achievement
- Actively participate in agency marketing, enhancing the agency's profile within Apothecom and the wider industry, and driving agency positioning
- Work closely with the wider creative team to ensure adherence to established processes
- Support and implement new processes and best practices to improve efficiency
