Trainee Finance Executive in Pakistan

Summary

The job is for a Trainee Finance Executive in a dynamic environment where the candidate will gain experience in various aspects of corporate finance. Responsibilities include assisting with company account opening, financial instruments, facility activation, leasing, insurance management, and other tasks as assigned. Required qualifications are a recent or upcoming graduation from a Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, eagerness to learn, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus points are given for experience in customer service or administrative roles and basic understanding of financial concepts.

Requirements

• Recently graduated (or soon to be graduated) with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Assist with company account opening
• Gain experience by assisting in the issuance of financial instruments, such as loans or lines of credit
• Assist with facility activation
• Participate in the leasing process, providing support with tasks like documentation and data entry
• Assist with general and project insurance matters

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Basic understanding of financial concepts
