Summary

Join Learnlight, an EdTech company, as a Trainer Quality Specialist working remotely full-time and reporting to the Head of Trainer Quality. You will directly impact the quality of training delivered by monitoring trainer performance, addressing low ratings and complaints, and implementing improvement plans. Collaboration with the Trainer Support team and other stakeholders is crucial. This role involves maintaining toolkits and workflows, keeping accurate records, and potentially terminating trainer contracts. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education) with 2-3 years of experience in language training
  • Advanced English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills to assess Trainersโ€™ capabilities, identify areas for improvement, and analyze data effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and handle challenging situations professionally
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, digital training tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate Trainersโ€™ performance, addressing low ratings and complaints from learners and clients
  • Identify low performers and implement improvement plans, providing feedback, guidance, and coaching
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from other departments and teams
  • Maintain and update toolkits, workflows, and processes
  • Keep accurate records of actions taken, including termination of trainer contracts if necessary
