Summary

Join Rackner as a Training Instructor to support the DoD program, Platform One, and provide technical services and expertise for its success. Requirements

  • Delivering technical training and workshops
  • Training Project Managers (PMs) and Developers on technical topics
  • Using and teaching DevSecOps principles and practices
  • Platform One tools, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies
  • Conducting technical training sessions and workshops
  • Virtual training platforms and tools

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual weekly training workshops for onboarding DoD product teams
  • Deliver educational materials and provide live support during training sessions
  • Ensure the best customer experience by maintaining appropriate student-to-instructor ratios
  • Conduct post-workshop retrospectives and customer satisfaction surveys to support continuous improvement
  • Provide monthly status reports on customer survey results and training effectiveness
