We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join our People team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to grow professionally and acquire skills in corporate training. The individual will actively contribute to defining dashboards for KPI tracking to monitor the effectiveness of training programs.

Contract Type: Internship

Duration: 2 months

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the People team in mapping and analyzing training activities conducted throughout the year.
• Support the collection and tracking of training-related data, while managing the storage of all training materials to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to activities that facilitate the digitalization of training information, thereby improving data reliability, the speed of information retrieval, and KPI monitoring.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and corporate training.
• Good computer skills, particularly in Excel.
• Ability to work in a team, initiative, and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, a focus on quality output, and strong skills in orderliness and archiving.
• Intermediate level of English (preferred).
