Responsibilities

  • Identify new ways of reaching prospects to build opportunities for Account Executives
  • Execute HubSpot sequences to drive prospect engagement
  • Prioritize your book of business to build relationships with potential clients
  • Utilize industry best practices, internal resource library, and your network to become a thought leader in the dental space
  • Proactively research and identify potential customers who would benefit from our SaaS and Digital Marketing products
  • Utilize various sources such as CRM, online research, social media, industry events, and intent signals to generate a pipeline of leads
  • Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, and social media channels to assess their fit and interest level
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to determine if they are a potential customer for our product
  • Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS and Digital Marketing products to prospects
  • Understand their pain points, challenges, and business needs to position our solution effectively and demonstrate how it can address their specific requirements
  • Nurture long-term relationships through ongoing communication, providing relevant information, and identifying opportunities for engagement
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing insights and feedback from prospect interactions to help refine sales strategies and improve overall conversion rates
  • Coordinating handoffs of qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative for further follow-up
  • Track and manage all lead and prospect interactions in the CRM system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, opportunities, and account information
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of our product, value proposition, and sales techniques to improve your effectiveness as an SDR
