Summary

Join VGW's Central Services team in Manila as a Training Specialist and drive operational excellence by delivering high-quality training programs. You will design and implement training programs, create and maintain operational manuals, manage onboarding, facilitate training sessions, conduct evaluations, and prepare reports. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end training and strong communication skills. Responsibilities

• Work closely with global L&D to design and implement structured training programs on core operational processes and tools to enhance team performance
• Create, maintain, and update operational manuals and job aids to ensure accessible and accurate reference materials
• Manage and execute a comprehensive operational onboarding program that equips new hires with essential operational knowledge and skills
• Facilitate training sessions on key operational tools and systems, ensuring team members are proficient and confident in their use
• Conduct training evaluations to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the operations team
• Prepare reports on program effectiveness, knowledge retention, and training outcomes
• Manage training schedule and logistics as required
