Summary
Join Tide's growing Operations Support team as a QA Analyst and contribute to our mission of empowering small businesses. Monitor adherence to ongoing monitoring processes, including alert reviews, investigations, and SAR submissions. Ensure accurate actions are taken to address financial crime concerns. Assist in developing and implementing quality processes and procedures. Assess decision accuracy, customer service, and policy conformity. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement quality strategies. Report to the Quality Assurance Team Lead and work closely with other teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the adherence of ongoing analysts to key procedures
- Effectively conducting transaction analysis and identifying financial crime and conduct risk defects
- Expertise in writing SARs (Suspicious Activity Reports)
- Providing feedback on audits performed
- Generating QA reports
- Achieving the sampling target assigned
- Identifying trends related to procedures, analysts, and segments
- Identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in procedures
- Collaborating closely with peers to implement quality strategies and drive overall team performance
