Transcription Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage common and complex customer requirements (engagement and service set-up, process improvement and optimization)
• Lead end-to-end transcription projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high quality transcriptions on time and within budget, whilst monitoring profit margins
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and continually improve localization processes for increased efficiency
• Provide constructive feedback to transcriptionists and other stakeholders regarding quality issues and areas for improvement
• Work closely with other team members to maintain quality standards and streamline workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience working in English transcription or localization projects is preferable
• Good knowledge of commonly used desktop business applications. E.g. MS Office
• For day-to-day communication, a native level of English is beneficial
• Previous experience in transcription or localization related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
