Project Manager

Summary

Join DataForce as an AI Project Manager and lead the successful execution of AI-Data projects, primarily rating projects. You will oversee all aspects of project management, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects meet defined KPIs. Responsibilities include developing project plans, providing performance reports, managing risks, and serving as the primary client contact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This permanent, full-time position is based in Europe with flexible work arrangements. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience with large-volume data annotation projects.

• Established competency in the use of business applications and collaboration tools including but not limited to Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and Google Workspace suite of products
• Experience with large volume data annotation, search relevant, content moderation or rating projects
• Minimum bachelor's degree or its equivalent
• 3+ years' relevant project management experience or in other roles with similar responsibilities
• Experience in end-to-end management of projects
• Experience managing AI data-related projects such as e.g. Transcription, Data Collection
• Ability to apply technology in solving business technical problems
• Experience in applying PMI/PMP management principles, methods, and standards

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of the management of projects from hand-off through project completion to ensure project success against defined KPI
• Developing and maintaining project plans, workflows, guidelines and resource materials
• Providing effective analysis and reporting of project performance
• Tracking, monitoring and controlling project financial, timeline and quality performance
• Providing effective risk management through identification, escalation, mitigation, and effective resolution of issues
• Executing projects autonomously, while successfully coordinating with cross-functional project teams as required to procure required resources and support
• Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and both internal and external stakeholders
• Leading and contributing to continuous performance improvements both across projects and the department’s internal tools and processes
• Contributing to the development of the knowledge and capability of the department, team and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience in managing projects with crowdsourcing and remote resourcing solutions
• Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environment
• Experience in working in a cross-functional/matrix organization
• Background in AI industry
