Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in program or project analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong understanding of task management and project documentation
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role
Responsibilities
- Support consulting assignments by contributing expertise and performing tasks within established guidelines
- Perform a variety of tasks requiring both practical experience and theoretical knowledge in the assigned specialty area
- Understand the overall purpose of task assignments and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Assist in the analysis and development of project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather information, analyze data, and develop recommendations
- Track project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to team leads and project managers
- Provide support in the preparation of status reports, briefings, and other project-related documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with federal contracting, particularly in the healthcare or government sector
- Experience working in a Program Management Office (PMO) environment, ensuring adherence to PMO standards, processes, and governance
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
