Translations Project Manager

Summary

Join Alexa Translations as a Project Manager and become the primary relationship manager for our prestigious clients in the legal, financial, and government sectors. You will be responsible for the entire client experience lifecycle, from initial planning and resource allocation to project completion and follow-up. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. You will oversee project execution, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Success in this position hinges on delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a college diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of experience in localization project management, and bilingualism (English/French).

Requirements

• Possess a College diploma, university degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Be Bilingual (English/French)
• Have 3+ years of experience in Localization Project Management
• Have experience dealing with middle managers and senior managers in client/partner relationships

Responsibilities

• Be fully responsible for the entire life cycle of the client experience for all projects in their area
• Ensure that all stakeholders are in full agreement as to process, budget, timelines, deliverables as well as the agreed method of communication during the project as well as between project cycles
• The careful planning and selection of all resources needed to deliver the project within the timelines and within budget
• Oversee the execution of their own projects as well as the projects executed by their team members and is ultimately responsible for keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned regarding timelines, details, and any needed coordination throughout the execution phase
• Ensure that any follow-up calls are made with the involved stakeholders upon the successful completion and delivery of the project
• Maintain the relationship with the clients and all requesters for any recurring and/or contracted clients
• Ensure that all prep work, agreements and planning is done well ahead of the start of project execution for any recurring and/or contracted clients
