Summary
Join Ten Lifestyle Group as a Travel Reservations Specialist and deliver exceptional customer service to our Asia/Pacific clients. You will be the primary contact, handling a high volume of calls and emails to facilitate ground transportation reservations. Requirements
- Possess excellent language skills in professional English and Mandarin, and/or Cantonese, in written and spoken forms
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a calm and professional manner at all times
- Show dedication to customer satisfaction, a willingness to go the extra mile, act with tact and diplomacy, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
- Exhibit initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of members
- Be able to work independently, in a team, and perform well with little supervision
- Display high adaptability to a dynamic and changing environment
- Work a full-time 40-hour per week role on a shift basis, with flexibility to work between 07:00-23:00 local time, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays
- Maintain a secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions (if working remotely)
- Ensure internet service meets minimum requirements and complete a minimum speed check (if working remotely)
- Be located anywhere in Malaysia (if working remotely)
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent and exceptional customer service to ensure members have the best experience
- Serve as the primary contact for a top client in the Asia/Pacific region
- Liaise directly with clients to facilitate all ground transportation requirements
- Handle a high volume of calls and emails
- Engage with members to understand their requirements and complete the reservation process

Have previous experience working in the travel industry and customer service, handling a high volume of calls
