Summary

Join Frontier and help a high-growth company, IBC Private, expand its luxury travel offerings. As a Travel Specialist, you will handle high-ticket bookings for elite clientele, leveraging GDS systems and CRM tools. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a premium travel experience. This role requires 2-3 years of experience in luxury travel and high-ticket sales, along with expertise in GDS systems and strong sales skills. Experience with IBC is a plus. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client requests simultaneously and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in luxury travel, aviation, or high-ticket sales
  • Hands-on experience with GDS systems for flight and hotel bookings
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

  • Handle luxury travel bookings, including flights and hotels, using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a premium and personalized travel experience
  • Manage sales inquiries through calls, emails, and chats while ensuring client privacy and confidentiality
  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track leads, sales, and customer interactions
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by securing high-value travel deals
  • Stay updated on industry trends, exclusive travel offers, and competitor pricing
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client requests simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Experience working with IBC (Independent Business Consultants)
