Travel Specialist

Summary

Join our family-oriented company as a remote Travel Specialist! You'll be responsible for handling client booking requests efficiently across various channels, providing exceptional customer service, and exceeding client expectations. You'll have access to sell various travel packages, tours, and event tickets. No prior experience is needed; we provide all necessary training and certifications. We're seeking passionate individuals with excellent customer service skills, a desire to build relationships, and a drive to succeed in sales. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in using our software.

Requirements

• Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access
• Laptop or desktop computer (highly recommend, however, not required) with reliable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the Unites States

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, and ticket/events)
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
• Work well in a group/team setting
• Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies
• Collect and enter data into our software and maintain client files
• Complete required certification within a timely manner
• Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners
