Summary

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in incident review or a related role
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and investigative technologies

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of rider-reported incidents under the direction of the legal team
  • Use data analytics to interpret customer reports, identify trends, and develop insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Support cross-functional partners with data-driven insights and recommendations that enhance operational success
  • Under the direction of legal, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize relevant information
  • Employ various software tools and technologies to gather, evaluate, and manage data effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the micromobility or transportation industry
  • Strong data skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety concerns
