Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of rider-reported incidents under the direction of the legal team
- Use data analytics to interpret customer reports, identify trends, and develop insights to inform strategic decisions
- Support cross-functional partners with data-driven insights and recommendations that enhance operational success
- Under the direction of legal, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize relevant information
- Employ various software tools and technologies to gather, evaluate, and manage data effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the micromobility or transportation industry
- Strong data skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety concerns
