Audit and assess interactions, ensuring they are rated accurately based on their severity level
Compile and report trends and improvement opportunities from audits, translating them into actionable data for process enhancements
Actively participate in feature testing and tool improvements, contributing to the continuous refinement of content moderation practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managing or moderating online forums/Discord within the gaming space, either professionally or during your spare time
