Requirements

• Professional background: > 7 years experience, including > 3 years as a manager of managers
• Scale-up
• Must have : experience in customer success or customer support n2 or safety
• Must have english C2, nice to have French B2-C1
• Have managed a team of more than 25 people
• An aptitude for risk management
• Interest in subjects : wellbeing, safety, hr…

• Workforce management (coverage optimization)
• Supporting our Head of Safety in team scaling
• Implement tools to optimize team processes
• Continuous workforce management
• Supporting managers' skills development
• Guarantee the operational risks associated with our business
