Senior SaaS Account Executive

Summary

The job is for a Senior SaaS Account Executive at Shipium, a startup focused on optimizing supply chain operations. The role involves managing sales cycles, establishing senior-level relationships, offering product demos, and leading quarterly business reviews. The candidate should have e-commerce, SaaS, and enterprise sales experience or equivalent education.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, and/or 8+ years related experience in consultative/complex/solutions selling environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• E-commerce, SaaS and Enterprise sales experience is a must

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle for F100 companies and Key Accounts, closing new logos, ensuring a healthy launch, and driving expansion revenue post-sale in partnership with Customer Success team
• Demonstrate high proficiency in establishing and growing senior-level customer relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, closing deals, and growing business with F100 companies and Shipium Key Accounts
• Own and manage pipeline execution across all stages, from sourcing through launch
• Manage internal stakeholders and include appropriate teams such as Solutions Engineering, Implementation, and Legal throughout the sales cycle
• Become a trusted advisor within the fulfillment and e-commerce industry, being able to identify business needs to offer the appropriate Shipium solutions through delivering effective product demos and sales pitches
• Lead customer-facing quarterly business reviews (QBRs) alongside Customer Success teams to drive revenue growth and customer retention
