Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UI and UX work
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design practices
  • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout
  • Familiarity with design systems, design libraries, and component-based design
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment

Responsibilities

  • Design seamless and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and perform user testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers in an agile environment
  • Apply design systems, libraries, and component-based approaches to maintain consistency
  • Optimize designs for responsiveness, usability, and performance
