Requirements

• Meet educational requirements (currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and have an anticipated graduation date between September 2025 and August 2026)
• Have a willingness to relocate to the office locations listed above

Responsibilities

• Participate in virtual onboarding activities
• Work on projects that contribute to the success of our business
• Participate in community service activities
• Attend professional development workshops
• Interact with senior leaders
• Collaborate with internal partners in sales and account management to negotiate pricing, create benefit plan designs and cross sell additional products/programs in support of our customers
• Participate in leadership development opportunities such as networking, solution-focused business projects and career coaching and feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word or experience with coding software such as VBA, R, or Python
• Prior internship/work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Possess strong critical thinking and problem resolution skills
• Be resourceful and possess the ability to adapt to change
• Demonstrate strong academic performance

Benefits

• Hourly rate is $23/hr with 40 hours/week
• Two days of paid leave
