The job is for an Insurance Internship at Alan, a health partner company that focuses on health and disability insurance. The intern will work with the Insurance team to innovate products and collaborate with various teams. The ideal candidate has strong quantitative skills, good knowledge of programming languages, basic insurance knowledge, excellent communication skills, and fluency in French and English.

Requirements

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of at least one programming language (SQL, Python)
• Basic knowledge of insurance principles
• Setting a high standard of rigor and precision for yourself
• Great listening and communication skills
• Humble, kind, collaborative, and willing to grow
• Fluent and clear in French and English, both oral and written

Responsibilities

• Join the Insurance team and work on innovating health and disability insurance products
• Collaborate with various teams such as data scientists, designers, engineers, and product managers
• Contribute to the lifecycle of a contract, from pricing and product implementation to renewal
