Summary
Join CoEnterprise, an award-winning B2B software and professional services company, as a UX Designer. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and translate that understanding into comprehensive UI designs. Responsibilities include creating sitemaps, user journey maps, wireframes, and high-resolution mockups. You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in UX design and proficiency in design tools like Sketch or Figma. You will be responsible for ensuring design consistency and creating detailed design specifications for developers.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points through interviews and discussions
- Gather and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and solution discussions
- Create comprehensive UI sitemaps that outline the structure and hierarchy of the application or website
- Ensure the sitemap aligns with user needs and business goals
- Develop user journey maps to illustrate the steps users take to achieve their goals within the application or website
- Highlight key touchpoints and interactions to improve user experience
- Design low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the layout and structure of the user interface
- Develop high-resolution mockups to provide a detailed representation of the final design
- Utilize design tools such as Sketch or Figma to create and refine mockups
- Present wireframes and mockups to stakeholders and gather feedback
- Make necessary adjustments and improvements to designs based on user and stakeholder input
- Ensure the final design meets user expectations and business requirements
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals
- Participate in solution discussions and contribute to the overall project strategy
- Ensure design consistency across all user interface elements and interactions
- Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual style throughout the project
- Create and maintain documentation of design processes, decisions, and iterations
- Provide clear and detailed design specifications for developers and other team members
