UX Lead

Summary

The job is for a UX Lead at Normalyze, a fast-growing cybersecurity software company. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, particularly in enterprise applications
• Experience in security or data protection domains is highly desirable
• Experience in designing products targeting security personas - security analyst, compliance director, CISO - strongly desired
• Demonstrable experience leading UX projects from conception to completion
• Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in creating user-centered design solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficient with modern UI and UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field

Responsibilities

• Design and refine user experiences across our suite of products, ensuring they meet high standards of usability and effectiveness
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions and improve existing interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to ensure UX is seamlessly integrated into product development
• Develop UX guidelines and best practices to maintain consistency across all products
• Prepare for future scaling by planning UX team growth and capabilities
• Advocate for UX value across the organization
