UX Researcher

Summary

Join Feedzai's Product UX Team as an intern and contribute to Anti-money Laundering and Fraud projects. You will work on a variety of UX challenges, helping clients fight financial crime more efficiently and improving team processes. The ideal candidate is currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in HCI, Design, or a similar field and possesses strong UX fundamentals and research skills. You will be immersed in Feedzai's brand through training and mentorship, gradually taking on project work and collaboration. This is a remote internship opportunity.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HCI, Design, Psychology or a similar technical degree (required)
• Strong UX fundamentals and research skills (collecting data, analysisng, and communicating effectively)
• Excellent understanding of relevant standards and best practices for conducting research for complex, data-rich, and responsive applications
• Self-driven & motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem solving
• Passionate desire to learn and grow
• Able to bring ideas into the team and to work out solutions to tough problems autonomously
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Contribute to uncovering UX problems to help our clients in fighting financial crime more efficiently
• Support the UX team in improving efficiency and internal processes, such as adopting GenAI tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) tools is a plus
