Summary

Join OLX's product research team as an experienced Product Researcher and contribute to building a more sustainable world through trade. You will be responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting on user research, working closely with designers, product managers, and analysts. The role requires strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, experience managing end-to-end research projects, and excellent stakeholder management. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in UX/Product/Design Research with strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
  • Independently manage end-to-end research projects, translate findings into actionable insights, and use relevant research tools (e.g., Maze)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: Scope projects, align goals, ensure engagement, and maintain clear communication
  • Strong problem-solver, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team; familiarity with user-centred design and future visioning
  • Fluent in Polish and English

Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (usability studies, interviews, surveys, ethnography, competitive analysis) and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Create research deliverables: Create personas, customer journeys, and insight-opportunity frameworks to bring research to life
  • Work with designers, product managers, and developers to incorporate research findings into product design and roadmaps
  • Communicate and be an active user experience advocate by presenting insights in an engaging manner, create reports/workshops, and advocate for user experience in product decisions
  • Utilize research and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and stay updated on industry trends and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Portuguese, Ukrainian, or Romanian
  • Familiarity with Monetisation testing methodology such as Willingness to Pay (WTP) research (e.g., Van Westendorp, Gabor-Granger, Conjoint Analysis)
