Summary
Join Flying Bisons, a leading Digital Consulting & Delivery company in Warsaw, and become a UX Researcher. You will conduct user research, facilitate workshops, and synthesize findings to inform design and product decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and create deliverables such as personas and user journey maps. The role requires proven commercial experience in UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English and Polish. Requirements
- Proven commercial experience as a UX Researcher, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- In-depth understanding of the digital product lifecycle
- Ability to create research tools, such as standardized scenarios for different types of exploratory/usability research
- Knowledge of qualitative research methods (e.g., IDIs, FGIs, ethnographic studies)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Polish (C1+)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage the research environment
- Execute research processes, including exploratory user studies, concept validation, and usability testing
- Prepare and facilitate strategic and creative workshops with our clients, and collaborate during key project stages (e.g., kick-offs, implementation phases)
- Synthesize and communicate findings to inspire the design and product decisions and create visibility across departments
- Create personas, user journey maps, and blueprints as outputs of the research you conducted
- Plan and conduct meticulous desk research and analysis (trends, market insights, competitive analysis and benchmarking)
- Collaborate with other researchers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (designers, strategists, developers, data analysts)
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with techniques such as card sorting, RITE, and tree testing is a plus
