Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Information Science, Design Research or related fields
• Experience in UX research, usability testing, and user interviews
• Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Figma
• Passion for creating intuitive, accessible, and culturally inclusive user experiences
• Ability to conduct usability testing with a focus on accessibility best practices and multilingual experiences
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research studies, including usability tests, interviews, and surveys
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives and key user experience metrics
• Analyze and interpret research findings to provide actionable insights for product improvement
• Strategize our product position in the content ecosystem
• Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to iterate on designs based on user feedback
• Champion user-centric design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in UX research

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI-driven interfaces and chatbot interactions
• Familiarity with interactive globe or map-based interfaces
