Responsibilities

• Be responsible for creating key messages, texts, or statements that transmit the product message and ensure it is consistent, easy to understand, and aligned with the product objectives
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to create key messages and influence strategic decisions across all products to improve overall experience and ensure consistency in all messages
• Write UX content while feeling comfortable writing for multiple channels, including landing pages, emails, and short articles
• Work with the design, research, and content team to define the Skydropx user experience
• Contribute knowledge of good content practices to the team
• Collaborate with PMs, POs, Tech, User Researchers, and Product Designers for project development
• Contribute ideas during ideation and discovery processes
• Solve business and user experience problems through content
• Take care of the user experience with basic usability principles
• Collaborate in creating usertestings and content research
• Create UX content, texts, buttons, product-mails, chatbot, etc
