UX/UI Landing Page Designer

Summary

Join StartupBlink, a global startup ecosystem map and research center, as a part-time or full-time remote UX/UI designer. Work from anywhere in the European time zone, owning the end-to-end design of user experiences for public dashboards, entity pages, and private client portals. Lead the design and optimization of high-converting landing pages, collaborating with marketing and sales teams. Translate complex data and product requirements into intuitive designs, working closely with the Product Manager and developers. Design and implement conversion-focused landing pages, preferably using Unbounce. This role offers the chance to develop critical expertise and work with impressive clients and partners.

Requirements

• Strong interest in startup ecosystems, economic development, or entrepreneurship
• 2+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in SaaS or data-driven products
• Strong portfolio showcasing both product UI/UX work and high-performing marketing pages, ideally for B2B companies
• Proven understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and landing page best practices
• Proficiency in Figma (must), with experience in prototyping and collaborating with developers
• Familiarity with Unbounce or a similar landing page platform

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of user experiences for our public dashboards, entity pages (e.g., startup profiles), and private client portals
• Lead the design and optimization of high-converting landing pages and web experiences in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams
• Translate complex data and product requirements into intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and clean, modern UI designs
• Work closely with the Product Manager and developers to ensure seamless implementation of product features
• Design and implement conversion-focused landing pages, preferably using tools like Unbounce
