Veeva CRM Implementation Consultant

Summary

This is a fully remote, long-term contract role for an independent consultant with expertise in Veeva Sales CRM, Medical CRM, and Salesforce CRM. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Commercial Field teams' business strategies, processes, and operations within a commercial biotech/pharma environment, and experience configuring and administering Veeva CRM. Familiarity with ancillary Veeva products is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Veeva CRM data model
• Veeva or Salesforce.com certification and minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Veeva CRM
• Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Medical Device organization
• Experience working in an agile delivery environment

Responsibilities

• Expertise in Veeva Sales CRM, Medical CRM, and Salesforce CRM
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Field teams' business strategies, processes, and operations within a commercial biotech/pharma environment
• Veeva CRM configuration experience that includes Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycle, Workflows, Apex programming

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Commercial Data (KOL, HCP, HCO, Prescription, Sales Territories etc)
• Familiarity with Ancillary Veeva products (OpenData, Link, Align, PromoMats etc)
