Vendor Management Intern

Summary

Join Slasify, a rapidly growing, fully remote technology company, as a highly self-driven intern supporting vendor research, partnership management, and market insights in the HR outsourcing service industry. You will play a critical role in identifying and evaluating vendors, optimizing internal knowledge and databases, and providing insights to the sales team. This internship requires strong research, analytical, and communication skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, and fluency in English. The role is remote, with preferred time zones between GMT+0 and GMT+3, offering a compensation of $10/hour for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Additional languages and prior experience in procurement, business development, or market research are beneficial.

Requirements

• Be self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines
• Possess strong research and analytical skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Be comfortable challenging ideas with well-reasoned arguments
• Be proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Be fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and assess potential vendors in target markets
• Develop and maintain a database of vendor profiles with key details
• Conduct vendor meetings to evaluate capabilities and partnership potential
• Gather and update country-specific service and market insights
• Organize data to maximize the Sales team’s efficiency in closing deals
• Act as a liaison between vendors and the Sales team, handling inquiries
• Provide structured weekly progress reports to management

Preferred Qualifications

• Have additional languages
• Have university club leadership or previous work experience
• Have experience in procurement, business development, or market research
