Summary

The job involves serving as the primary relationship liaison between Car Program Partners and the Car teams for Lemonade's Car insurance product, handling vendor escalations, assisting with estimate reviews, shop management, and proactive coaching. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in vendor management, 3+ years in auto or property insurance background, a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in a computerized estimating platform (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex), Excel/Google Sheets, and a background in underwriting, claims processes, or workflows is helpful. The role is full-time with a base salary range of $80,000-$90,000, equity + benefits.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in vendor management
• 3+ years in auto or property insurance background
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficiency in a computerized estimating platform (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex)
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
