Summary

The job is for a Printer/Vendor Acquisition Team Lead at Fresh Prints, a fast-growing NYC-based custom apparel startup. The role involves finding printing partners, ensuring they meet quality standards, negotiating contracts, onboarding new partners, capacity planning, and forecasting needs.

Requirements

• Fluent in English - verbal and written
• Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in vendor management, vendor onboarding, or a similar role (preferably within the printing industry)
• Good to have : Strong understanding of the printing process such as screen printing, embroidery, digital printing, etc
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools to manage leads and track progress
