Summary

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading account management teams, sales teams, or related fields, ideally focused on mid-market and below
  • Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective and efficient partner growth strategies

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and up-level a team of leaders and quota-carrying individual contributors while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
  • Accurately forecast and track leading indicators to ensure consistent and predictable results that align with Huntress’s objectives and revenue goals
  • Work with partners to be a trusted advisor, delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction and grow partner adoption while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain strong relationships at multiple levels across all Huntress partners to drive increased visibility and grow partnerships
  • Execute a customer and partner engagement process to ensure great communication with our existing customers and partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity industry
  • Strong knowledge of the MSP space
