Summary
Join Huntress as the Vice President of Partner and Customer Account Management, leading a team focused on driving Annual Recurring Revenue growth. You will manage and support a team of leaders and individual contributors, focusing on net dollar retention, cross-selling, and expanding product usage. Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading account management teams, sales teams, or related fields, ideally focused on mid-market and below
- Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective and efficient partner growth strategies
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage and up-level a team of leaders and quota-carrying individual contributors while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
- Accurately forecast and track leading indicators to ensure consistent and predictable results that align with Huntressβs objectives and revenue goals
- Work with partners to be a trusted advisor, delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction and grow partner adoption while delivering exceptional customer service
- Build, strengthen, and maintain strong relationships at multiple levels across all Huntress partners to drive increased visibility and grow partnerships
- Execute a customer and partner engagement process to ensure great communication with our existing customers and partners
