Remote Vice President, Commercial Operations

We are seeking a Vice President, Commercial Operations to lead all aspects of commercial operations and support the successful launch and commercialization of our therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies in support of product launches and commercialization efforts
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Serve as a key member of the commercial leadership team, contributing to long-term commercial strategy and planning
• Develop and manage incentive compensation plans and sales force effectiveness programs
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on commercial strategies and plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners, including customers, distributors, and vendors
• Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
• Analyze data and market trends to inform commercial strategies and plans
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Manage the development and implementation of commercial operations processes and procedures
