Summary

Join Twin Health as VP - Employer Growth and play a critical role in driving early revenue growth. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will lead a sales team, build relationships with employer partners, and shape the go-to-market strategy. This high-impact opportunity allows you to influence the business from the ground up. You will utilize your experience to drive new business with large employers, manage a team of Account Executives, and create effective sales strategies. You will also identify market opportunities, use a metrics-driven approach, and represent Twin Health to the highest standard. This role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including consultant and broker channels, and marketing leadership. You will contribute to a high-performing culture by promoting passion and trust within the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in HR tech, SaaS, or talent/employer partnerships
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in the healthcare employer space
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a builder mindset and a strong sense of ownership
  • Demonstrated track record of having teams meeting or exceeding quota in new business roles
  • Low ego, team-oriented, and energized by working cross-functionally to win together
  • Passionate about creating value for employers and contributing to a broader mission (e.g., workforce development, talent access, etc.)
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, understands there are no hard-and-fast rules but will do what is needed to support the success of the business

Responsibilities

  • Utilize deep experience and market credibility to drive new business with large/jumbo employers
  • Manage the team of regional Account Executives to achieve our goals
  • As needed, build / expand the team to ensure Twin Health has the right team and the right size team in the field
  • Create and set a sales strategy and effective sales operations processes to achieve sustained execution during periods of rapid growth
  • Identify market opportunities and drive execution
  • Utilize a metrics-driven approach to establish and utilize KPIs to report out internally and improve efficiency across the sales process
  • Represent Twin Health to the highest standard by crafting a differentiated value proposition curated to qualified employer prospects
  • Lead the commercial process independently from opportunity sourcing, cultivation, diligence, and contracting by working collaboratively across key internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage and collaborate with consultant and broker channels as needed to drive opportunity volume and secure new partnerships
  • Collaborate with Twin Health’s Marketing leadership to identify and drive Marketing investments and initiatives to enable strong commercial success
  • Contribute to Twin Health’s high-performing culture by promoting a high level of passion for our work at Twin Health and demonstrating strong trust across the organization
  • Passion for Twin’s purpose to transform lives by empowering people to reverse, prevent and improve chronic metabolic diseases

  • Innate builder with high energy and drive
  • Demonstrated interest in joining a company in the midst of tremendous growth and driving that business into new markets
  • High EQ and demonstrated ability to engage with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Track record of collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to drive alignment across the business
  • Track record of quickly scaling a commercial strategy to seize new market opportunities and meet ambitious growth targets

  • The compensation range for this position is $225,000-$270,000 annually
