Vice President, Finance

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• A strategic mindset with experience in fintech, tech, or other high-growth industries
• Proven ability to partner with C-level executives and drive strategic decision-making
• Excellent leadership and team development skills, with a passion for mentoring
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Pigment)

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to ensure financial alignment with strategic goals
• Partner with executives: Work closely with the executive team to provide insights on business drivers, financial risks, and opportunities
• Enhance financial reporting: Deliver accurate, timely financial reports and present key insights to senior leadership
• Develop talent: Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering collaboration and excellence
• Optimize resource allocation: Partner with the CFO on capital allocation strategies, ensuring the optimal use of financial resources
