Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar operational leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes from the ground up, either using external tools or internal systems
  • Strong understanding of sales systems, quotas, pipeline planning, and operational KPIs
  • Experience working in dynamic, high-growth environments with complex product portfolios
  • Hands-on, scrappy, and results-driven, with the ability to execute efficiently without over-relying on theory or conceptual frameworks
  • Ability to align and drive consistency across siloed product lines and processes
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a willingness to take calculated risks to achieve impactful outcomes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on driving operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with Deel’s growth objectives
  • Build and optimize sales systems, processes, and tools to drive efficiency and consistency across 10 core products and over 50 offerings
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to align sales efforts and measure success across all product lines
  • Collaborate with sales, enablement, and product teams to eliminate silos and ensure seamless onboarding and sales processes
  • Lead pipeline planning, sales quotas, and revenue forecasting to provide clear visibility and actionable insights to leadership
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and implement solutions with minimal bureaucracy, leveraging external or internal tools as needed
  • Act as a hands-on operational leader, taking calculated risks to achieve tangible results
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sales and revenue strategies
  • Evaluate and potentially incorporate enablement functions under Revenue Operations to further enhance operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a leadership role at a fast-scaling technology company
  • Familiarity with revenue operations across global markets and diverse product offerings
  • Experience working with enablement teams or incorporating enablement functions under revenue operations
