Requirements

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's brand and marketing strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives
- Identify and assess new marketing opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and sales
- Collaborate with the services teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing matters with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and assess new marketing opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics
- Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic priorities and goals for marketing initiatives
- Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity and positioning
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
- Be the company brand steward internal and external. McFadyen Digitalβs offerings continually evolve, and internal and external communications
- Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and equity
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and sales
- Oversee the management of the company's website, social media presence, and digital advertising campaigns
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize performance
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences
- Utilize customer insights and market research to inform marketing strategies and decisions
- Collaborate with the product development team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services
- Oversee the development of product messaging, positioning, and promotional materials
- Ensure successful product launches and ongoing product marketing efforts
- Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reputation
- Oversee the management of media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, and crisis communication
- Ensure effective communication of the company's mission, vision, and values to external audiences
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Promote collaboration and effective communication within the marketing team and across the organization
- Identify and address training and development needs within the marketing team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media
- Communicate the company's marketing vision, strategy, and performance to the executive team
