Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in the restaurant industry
- Previous experience in restaurant operations or marketing is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the restaurant industry's dynamics, including key players, trends, and challenges
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Experience in contract negotiation and relationship management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to target and secure partnerships with major restaurant chains and foodservice providers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant industry, focusing on expanding market share and increasing product penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the restaurant sector. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive mutual growth
- Lead and mentor the enterprise sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members achieve their sales goals
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and drive continuous improvement. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities and results
- Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
- Develop and manage the enterprise sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
