- Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience selling technology solutions to Federal government clients
- Established Network: A strong network of government contacts within federal law enforcement agencies

Responsibilities
- Lead Market Expansion: Develop and execute Mark43βs federal market strategy, identify new opportunities, build relationships, and drive market penetration and revenue
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of account executives, ensuring successful execution of sales strategies, utilize your network of government contacts to accelerate sales cycles and expand Mark43βs footprint
- Internal Partnership Development: Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, Professional Services and Marketing to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions. Partner with Marketing to craft go-to-market strategies
- Sales Process Excellence: Apply industry best practices, including the MEDDPIC methodology, to develop close plans for existing opportunities, consistently hitting and exceeding quarterly sales targets
- Consultative Selling & Relationship Management: Leverage your experience and consultative selling techniques to nurture and grow long-term relationships with key government stakeholders
- Innovative Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and solve challenges in an evolving market landscape, ensuring Mark43 remains agile and adaptable to changing customer needs and industry trends
