Summary

Join Kiddom as the VP of Operations and lead the execution of large-scale market expansion in the K-12 core curriculum market. You will shape and oversee various business operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine processes, optimize budgets, and track key initiatives. This role requires experience in scaling high-performing business initiatives within SaaS or EdTech. You will build and empower high-performing teams, manage vendors and logistics, and ensure alignment with the company's overall business plan. Requirements

  • 10+ years of operations experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within SaaS, education technology, or related fields
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling high-performing business initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field required; MBA preferred
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and empowering high-performing teams
  • Hands-on experience managing vendors, large-scale logistics, and regulations and risk
  • Maintains knowledge of emerging efficiency solutions and trends in operations management
  • Passion for education and a commitment to empowering educators and students through innovative solutions

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects, process improvement, success measurement, operational performance tracking, and business systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Content, PDE and GTM teams to ensure delivery and fulfillment of print products
  • Lead operations for our print and kit, logistics and warehousing, and scale up of a diverse reliable supply chain
  • Program management across different business units for large-scale sales opportunities such as state adoptions and direct work with large district customers to deliver solutions
  • Own Internal ops and programs across teams to increase efficiency, decrease variability and enhance profitability
  • Ensure team decisions and functional execution are aligned with operating plans and the organization's overall business plan and vision
  • Build, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and to ensure effective and consistent support to our business execution
  • Review and align cost estimates and sizing for project proposals
  • Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the CEO and other leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Deep understanding of K-12 curriculum standards and how they translate into digital tools for instruction and assessment
