Requirements
- Proven track record of 7-10 years with enterprise sales, demonstrating success with managing complex sales processes, securing high-value deals, and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership positions, in a fast-paced and competitive B2B industry
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop a clear short and long-term vision for achieving objectives
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts, strategies, and expectations clearly and persuasively
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced business environment
- Excellent business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated experience in resource modeling and efficiency planning
- Performance-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving excellence and impactful results
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and top/bottom line sales/profitability analysis
- Willingness to work 100% remote
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual account plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
- Lead and motivate a diverse sales team to drive performance
- Provide clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to EBM’s to foster their professional growth and development
- Utilize strong business acumen to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative sales strategies
- Articulate and communicate the company’s vision, goals, and strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandise, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth, retention, and expansion
- Utilize and drive adoption of all ePromo’s technology and systems (NetSuite, CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the sales organization
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and drive competitive advantage
