Requirements

- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis
- Experience with CRM software and sales performance tools
- Ability to travel as needed
- A thorough background check will be conducted, including verification of employment history, education credentials, and any criminal records. Any involvement in activities that may pose a risk to national security will also be checked
- The candidate must be able to obtain required DoD clearance requirements
