Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership in SaaS with a proven track record of 2x growth in early stages and scaling CEO-led sales teams
  • Sales Expertise: Strong solution-selling, contract negotiation, and experience managing complex sales cycles
  • Leadership: Proven ability to build, coach, and lead high-performing teams
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business or related field
  • Skills: Expertise in sales automation tools, strong analytical skills, and high emotional intelligence

Responsibilities

  • Develop Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales playbook aligned with PartsBaseโ€™s mission and vision to accelerate growth
  • Lead Sales Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Own the sales pipeline, consistently meet sales goals, and drive new business through prospecting and networking
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the CEO and leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Sales Operations & Analytics: Optimize sales operations using data to track progress, manage forecasts, and improve team performance
  • Customer Management: Lead C-level discussions, negotiate contracts, and build long-term customer relationships
  • Team Development: Coach your team to achieve individual and collective growth, providing feedback to drive development
