Summary
Join PartsBase Inc., the world's largest online aviation marketplace, as a Sales Leader and lead a high-performing team in a fully remote environment. You will develop and execute sales strategies, recruit and mentor team members, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with leadership. This role requires 5+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience with a proven track record of growth, strong solution-selling skills, and a Bachelor's degree. Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership in SaaS with a proven track record of 2x growth in early stages and scaling CEO-led sales teams
- Sales Expertise: Strong solution-selling, contract negotiation, and experience managing complex sales cycles
- Leadership: Proven ability to build, coach, and lead high-performing teams
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Business or related field
- Skills: Expertise in sales automation tools, strong analytical skills, and high emotional intelligence
Responsibilities
- Develop Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales playbook aligned with PartsBaseโs mission and vision to accelerate growth
- Lead Sales Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement
- Achieve Sales Targets: Own the sales pipeline, consistently meet sales goals, and drive new business through prospecting and networking
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the CEO and leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Sales Operations & Analytics: Optimize sales operations using data to track progress, manage forecasts, and improve team performance
- Customer Management: Lead C-level discussions, negotiate contracts, and build long-term customer relationships
- Team Development: Coach your team to achieve individual and collective growth, providing feedback to drive development
